21 Day Fix

YES, YES, YES! The 21 Day Fix truly does live up to the hype. It is such a simple concept, but this takes all the guesswork and counting calories out of the eating plan. It will truly change how you think about eating and portion sizes, even of healthy food. Here are pictures for two days of breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks. Look at all that food!




The program guide tells you exactly how many of each container to eat each day and you plan from there!
The workouts are all around 30 minutes and are fun! They are easy to follow and there is a modifier for all moves to help lower intensity if you need it. There are 7 different workouts to follow. They are Total Body Cardio Fix, Upper Fix, Lower Fix, Pilates, Cardio Fix, Dirty 30 and Yoga Fix.


I have seen such great results personally with this program. I lost 6 pounds and several inches doing this program. I have seen my challengers lose anywhere from 6-15 pounds. The up to 15 pounds in 21 days is FOR REAL!
